1. Deposits & Booking * A $40 Non Refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your spot. This deposit goes towards your total. * Remainder is paid in CASH ONLY * Your appointment will not be approved/confirmed until you have dm’d me on instagram and we’ve discussed your set * Please note when an appointment is denied, deposits are not actually charged, so there's no need for a refund. Instead, your card is preauthorized for the deposit amount, and when the appointment is denied, the preauthorization simply falls off the card. This means you will not be charged for that denied appointment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Canceling or rescheduling can be done up to 48 hours before your appointment * Cancellations 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee * No Shows will be charged the full price of the service booked and will not be refunded (deposit included in total) 3. Lateness * Any lateness 10 minutes after our appointment time will require a $10 fee or your appointment will be cancelled due to time. Deposits are non refundable * Lateness past 15 minutes with no notice or communication will count as a No Show and be charged as such 4. After Hour Appointments * I offer a 6pm after hours appointment that requires an additional $40 fee to book. If a later time is required please dm me so we can try to work something out! 5. Important Policies I do not allow guest * I do NOT remove work that isn’t mine. New clients must come with bare nails. Regular clients please book with a removal if needed * Appointments average 2 hours but can vary depending on removals, art, or if a claw set is booked. Please take that into consideration when booking those add ons/services
